SEO Specialist

At Seeker, we embrace all aspects of SEO, doing everything from backlink audits to content production. To support our established teams and attract new prospects, we’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with a wide range of skills.

You should be data-driven with an analytical mindset, equipped to apply critical thinking and find better ways to do things. You should show excellent time management, consistently prioritising billable work, and be comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting directly to our Head of SEO, you’ll work closely with Outreach Specialists and SEO Executives to design and manage SEO strategies for clients in various industries. Your tasks will be varied, requiring technical understanding, creativity, and robust communication.


  • Produce SEO audits assessing technical factors, content quality, and backlink profiles
  • Develop and maintain SEO strategies for varied clients
  • Manage planning and execution for SEO projects
  • Find and improve ways to track SEO performance
  • Design comprehensive performance reports and forecasts
  • Run website migrations, tech audits, and architecture updates
  • Align tactics for content production, outreach, and technical SEO
  • Keep up with important changes in the SEO industry
  • Train new starters on SEO basics and required actions
  • Help enhance SEO delivery to impress clients and prospects


  • 2 years of experience in SEO
  • A strong understanding of key SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, DeepCrawl, and SEOMonitor
  • The ability and willingness to train others when needed
  • Knowledge of what goes into successful ecommerce SEO

  • Up to £35K per year (depending on experience) – will be reviewed after 6 months
